Step 1: Seperate the lash set
Step 2: Place them on the applicator, making sure that the magnet sides face each other and the lashes face away from your face
Step 3: Gently lift the eyelid with the tip of the clip that is marked "UP", so that the concave curve of the clip is close to the root of the eyelash, and press the clip to absorb the upper and lower lashes, be careful to not hurt yourself!

The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water. If frequently with makeup, it is recommended to use special cleaning fluid.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
1. Separate the pair of eyelashes.
2. Use cotton wet with water(cleaning liquid) to gently wipe the eyelashes.
3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry.
4. After the eyelashes are dry. the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box.
For temporary wear with our nail sticker tabs (up to 3-5 days): With the correct application, your nails will last up to 3-5 days with the nail sticker tabs included in your Truly Kind palette.
For longer term wear with our nail glue (up to 3 weeks): For nails applied with our nail glue, they can last up to 3 weeks, which is as long as your usual gel manicures before your natural nails start growing out!
Result can vary depending on how well it is applied and also your lifestyle. Remember to wipe your nails clean with the alcohol pad provided in the kit before applying the sticker tabs or glue. This will help to remove any natural oils or dust on the surface of your nails for better adhesion.
Yes! You can clip the nails to your preferred nail length with a nail clipper and use the nail buffer (provided in our nail kit) to shape the nails to your preferred length and shape.
Your order will be processed 1-2 days after it is placed, and will be shipped out. After shipment, it can take from 3-7 days based on your location.
Our nail sticker tabs and nail glue are strong! But you can remove them really easily without damaging your natural nails or your press-on nails.
Simply prepare a bowl of warm water, add some oil (any available in your home e.g. olive oil, cuticle oil etc.) and soap into the mixture. Then soak your fingers in for about 3-5 minutes till they start loosening at the base of your nail. If it's still tight, simply resoak your nails again till loosen. Do not to force apart.
Using a cuticle stick, gently pry the press-on nails apart from the base of your nails. Remove and discard residue sticker tabs using cuticle stick. Remove residue glue using nail buffer by buffing the residue away.
Rinse your press-on nails and dry on a paper towel, then place them back into their casing. They'll be ready again for future use!
